I/we enclose a £40 deposit payable to Riverhead Pre-school; this will be deducted from my/our child’s first term’s fees. (Note - your deposit can also be paid via Internet transfer to the following account:

I/we acknowledge that this deposit will only be refunded if:

i. My/our child cannot be offered a place in the school, or

ii. I/we communicate my/our cancellation of this application to Riverhead Pre-school before the 28^th February preceding the requested start date specified above.
